Delivery & Tracking Information
All our products are made-to-order and printed just for you! This means your items go through a production process before shipping, which takes a bit longer than regular retail but ensures quality and reduces waste.
Production & Processing Time
Your order goes through several stages:
- Order Confirmation: Immediate email confirmation
- Production: 2-7 business days (depending on product type)
- Quality Check: 1-2 business days
- Packaging & Shipping: 1-2 business days
Total production time: 4-11 business days before shipping
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced and ships, delivery times are:
- United States: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- Australia: 6-14 business days
- Other International: 7-21 business days
Order Tracking
You'll receive email updates at each stage:
- Order Confirmed: We've received your order
- In Production: Your items are being printed
- Shipped: Your order is on its way with tracking number
Use your tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, DHL, or local postal service) to monitor delivery progress.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order:
- Check your email for shipping confirmation
- Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number
- Visit the carrier's website to see real-time updates
- You can also track orders in your Shopify account under 'Order History'
International Orders
International customers should note:
- Customs processing may add 1-5 additional days
- You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes
- Tracking may show delays at customs - this is normal
- Some countries have restricted shipping - check our shipping policy
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes)
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes tracking updates early
- Contact the carrier directly
- If still missing after 7 days, contact our support team
