Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns and exchanges if there was a problem with your order. This includes:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged item
  • Defective item
  • Item significantly different from the description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items with personalized designs (unless defective)

Return Process

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number (check your email or track your order)
  2. Photos of the issue
  3. Description of the problem

We'll review your case and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, you'll need to place a new order. If the original item qualifies for a return due to our error, we'll provide a refund for the returned item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or duties associated with returns.
